Terms and Conditions (T&C) of CREDX Solutions

1. Legal Agreement

By accessing credx.ph, you enter into a legally binding agreement with CREDX Solutions. These Terms govern your use of our automated game top-up services and digital goods. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Accuracy & User Errors

UID Verification: It is the User’s absolute responsibility to ensure the Game ID (UID) and Server selected are correct.

No Liability: CREDX Solutions uses an automated API system. Once a top-up is processed to the UID provided by the User, the transaction is considered final. We cannot pull back or refund credits sent to the wrong account due to User error.

3. Delivery Policy (24/7 Automated)

Method: Delivery is strictly digital. No physical goods will be shipped.

Timeframe: Upon successful payment, orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 30 minutes.

Delays: In rare cases of provider maintenance or technical downtime, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Users will be notified through our official channels.

4. Payment & Compliance

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) for large or suspicious transactions to prevent payment fraud and money laundering.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable: Once a payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Digital Goods Are Final: Because top-ups are digital goods delivered instantly, no refund is given after successful delivery, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only granted if the product is out of stock or a system error prevents delivery.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (for example, your bank account or e-wallet), or to your CREDX Wallet wallet where that was the payment source.

Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the bank’s or e-wallet provider’s internal procedures.

6. CREDX Wallet Wallet

CREDX Wallet are a prepaid store balance (1 CREDX Wallet = ₱1.00) usable only to purchase products on CREDX. CREDX Wallet are not money, are not transferable to other users or external accounts, earn no interest, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Failed orders paid with CREDX Wallet are automatically refunded to your wallet. We may suspend a wallet pending investigation of fraud or abuse.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Contact our support first: most delivery issues are resolved within hours. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a successfully delivered order is treated as a breach of these Terms; we may suspend the related account and wallet while the dispute is open and may contest the chargeback with delivery evidence (order logs, fulfilment records). Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the payment provider and the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All game logos and titles are the trademarks of their respective owners. CREDX is an independent reseller and is not officially affiliated with these developers or publishers.

9. Limitation of Liability

CREDX Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, or for any issue related to the game publisher’s account management (for example, account bans not caused by our service). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

This Privacy Policy explains how CREDX Solutions, operating CREDX at credx.ph ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, Philippines) ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Service:

• Account data: username, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• Order data: game User ID (UID) and server, product ordered, contact phone number, and order email.
• Payment & wallet data: CREDX Wallet balance and ledger, top-up records, and, for manual or oversea top-ups, the payment proof you upload.
• Verification data: identity documents you provide only if KYC is requested for a large or suspicious transaction (Terms section 4).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and request logs collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data to create and manage your account; process and deliver orders; operate the CREDX Wallet wallet and verify manual top-ups; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and money laundering; comply with legal and accounting obligations; and improve the Service. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.

3. Legal Basis & Consent

We process your data on the lawful bases recognised by the DPA: your consent (given when you use the Service), the performance of our contract with you (fulfilling your orders), and our compliance with Philippine law. You may withdraw consent at any time (section 8), though this may prevent us from providing the Service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose only what is necessary to:

• Fulfilment suppliers: your game UID and server are transmitted to the upstream supplier that fulfils your order so the top-up reaches your account.
• Payment & verification providers: payment and anti-fraud processors used at checkout.
• Infrastructure providers: our hosting, database, storage, and security (bot-protection) providers, acting as our data processors.
• Authorities: government or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

Because some fulfilment suppliers operate outside the Philippines, the limited order data needed to deliver your top-up (your game UID and server) may be processed in other countries in Southeast Asia. We share only the minimum data required for fulfilment and take reasonable steps, consistent with the DPA, to ensure it is handled with a comparable level of protection.

6. Storage & Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and access controls, including row-level security that restricts who can read each record. Manual top-up proofs are held in a private, access-restricted store. Order references shown publicly (for example on the Track Order page) are partially masked so personal details are not exposed.

7. Data Retention

We keep transaction and account records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations under Philippine law. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Subject to the DPA, you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed; to access your personal data; to object to processing; to request correction of inaccurate data; to request erasure or blocking of data that is unlawfully processed; to data portability; and to be indemnified for damages caused by unlawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and a security cookie or challenge (bot protection) to guard against automated abuse. We do not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies without your consent.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18, use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

This Refund Policy forms part of the CREDX Terms and Conditions and follows the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and Philippine bank standards.

1. Non-Cancellable Orders

Once a payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. Our delivery is automated and begins processing to the Game ID (UID) you provided immediately after payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted if the product is out of stock or a system error prevents delivery. Completed digital deliveries are final, and top-ups sent to an incorrect UID due to User error are not refundable (see Terms section 2).

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (for example, your bank account or e-wallet). Orders paid from your CREDX Wallet wallet are refunded to that CREDX Wallet wallet, which is their original payment method and is available to spend immediately.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the bank’s or e-wallet provider’s internal procedures. Refunds returned to your CREDX Wallet wallet are credited immediately once approved.

5. Manual / Oversea Top-Up Review

Manual wallet top-ups are verified by our team before your CREDX Wallet balance is credited. If we cannot verify a transfer, it will not be credited; contact us with your payment proof and we will work with you to resolve it.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us with your order number and payment proof. Our official channel is Email [email protected].

At CREDX, security is our foundational code. Our infrastructure is engineered to protect your assets, payment data, and game accounts at all times.

1. Zero-Password Protocol

The most secure password is the one you never have to share. Our automated gateway operates entirely on public identifiers (Player ID, UID, Zone ID). We will never ask for your game account password, which removes the most common route to account theft.

2. Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted between your device, our gateway, and our payment partners is secured with industry-standard TLS encryption, so your traffic cannot be read or altered by a third party on the way.

3. Layered Request Screening

Every request passes a layered screening pipeline before it can touch an order: rate limiting, bot challenges on sensitive forms, signature checks on every payment and supplier callback, and fail-closed guards that reject anything malformed. The pipeline is built to flag and stop:

• Automated abuse and API exploitation attempts.
• Payment or supplier callbacks that fail signature verification.
• Bulk lookups that try to enumerate orders or accounts.

4. Secure Payment Partnerships

We do not store your card numbers or e-wallet PINs. Payments are processed by licensed Philippine payment providers and e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya) inside their own secure environments; we receive only the transaction reference and its status.

5. Masked Order Tracking

Public order lookups return partially masked details, and the full receipt opens only from the unguessable link printed on your receipt. Knowing an order number is never enough to read someone else’s order.
